In the league stage, LK Jagiellonia recorded three wins, two draws, and one loss. The most prestigious victory was a 2-1 victory over FC Copenhagen at Parken Stadium. Ultimately, they finished ninth with 11 points, just short of qualifying for the Round of 16. Therefore, they were forced to participate in a playoff in February – in the extra round, the "Pride of Podlasie" defeated TSC Backa Topol twice, 3-1.
They started their round of 16 clash with Cercle Brugge with a 3-0 home win, only to defend their lead in the return match despite losing 0-2.
In the quarterfinals, the stakes were raised even higher as they faced Real Betis. In Spain, the hosts won 2-0, while in Białystok the score was 1-1, ending the European adventure for coach Adrian Siemienic's players.
